You control You!! Negative reactive feelings such as being quick to anger is more a means of mastering the mind and maintaining power within your self in staying composed. No one is to blame for your inability to control yourself from being quick to anger or being pissed off.
Being annoyed or bothersome about something is one thing but to be so quick to respond negatively in a hostile or angry manner which can lead to creating heated situations, making it all bigger than what it really is....well that's a CHOICE you made by not maintaining composure and getting a grip of yourself.
It's ok to give yourself permission to feel and go through the experience of emotions for it is part of being human HOWEVER it is your choice in how you respond and treat others while you are in a state of feeling a certain emotion...especially anger. If you are angry about something or someone be careful in how you express that to another human being by acting like an adult communicating what you feel without red horns sticking out with such drama. It doesn't look good and it's a form of self sabotage.
Focus on the feeling of LOVE....keep giving love to yourself and others, you can't go wrong with that.
