Hey y’all so FaceBook disabled my account and all my pages connected to it.....plus an information IG page I had JUST made. They disabled WITHOUT notice or warning. But I’m sure because I was sharing truthful information about COVID19, the Vaccines, Pedogate, Child Trafficking ring....the masks, your immune system. They don’t want you to know the truth about ANY of that. 

Well I am gonna try to make it point to do my posting here....topics will range based on what moves me, what I am up to, enlightenment, quotes, memes and critical thinking info. Of course Health, Fitness, Nutrition, Workouts, Money, Mindset, Spirit and most importantly God....

Flu shot more deadly than the coronavirus

Printing T-shirts using Printify - Px Recommendation

When using Printify to print T-shirts on demand using your own designs the recommended size of jpg /png files is 4606 px X 5787 

I just wanted to add this info here as a quick reference because when I was making a design real quick from my phone on photoshp using custom canvas it ask for the Px and I didn’t remember it off the top of my head so I went to google doing a quick search for myself just for these numbers and I didn’t see it anywhere as just a quick reference without me having to go To my laptop and log back into my Shopify /Printify account just to find the numbers. 

I hope this helps someone who is in the process of printing your shirts using Printify.

How Narcissists view people

Here’s a little awareness education on Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) for those of you who have encountered or had experiences with one or more in your life.....or maybe even right now. 

I feel it’s important to understand people that walk among us and that are close to us because at some point they are going to awaken certain parts of us that we may not be able to pinpoint or understand. The awareness education about others will empower us to be better equipped in how to deal with and respond to different types of people.....not only that, but when others awaken a new alertness about ourselves in the way we think, act, react, etc then that is the opportunity for us to learn our selves even more. People enter our life to help teach us about ourselves whether thru good or bad experiences. All different people will awaken different parts of ourselves so let’s take those moments to reflect and learn so that we may continue to grow. We are our own responsibility, we can’t control others in how they act and treat us but we can control how we act, treat ourselves and how we respond to others and what we allow. 

Self Empowerment is a wonderful thing. 

If you’ve been effected by a narcissist just know you are not alone and if you read this and remember it then I feel it’s way to know that you can’t take the treatment and abuse you suffered too personal because they never saw you as a real person anyway...you was just an object to them that served a purpose of their own selfish needs. They are walking robots without the ability to love and connect with people because they hide behind a mask of a fake persona they created only for you to see. You will never know the real person that they are because they locked that person away a long time ago.
